Run, Amy, Run!


Check back here for my progress as I train for my triple running threat this spring/summer – 10k and two half marathons.  I will journal my training progress and keep you posted on the highs and lows of training, while working full time and traveling.  Please write happy and funny thoughts to keep me motivated and feel free to laugh at what I’m sure will be funny accounts of what the human body will either endure or not (like eating fiberous foods before a long run…no pun intended!).    I’ll try to send emails out when I post something new but I hope to start posting entries in March.
