Amy and I have been getting out pretty regularly this winter. It hasn’t been the whitest winter on record but it’s a damn sight better than last year and we’re making the most of it. We found that snowshoes were a bit overkill last weekend, while boots alone were too slippery, so we hooked ourselves up with some MICROspikes. They’re like Yaktrax on steroids. Our gear cache is ever expanding to suit all conditions!
