So weekend two of my holiday baking included candy cane frosted brownies for my crafty gals holiday brunch (with an extra batch of frosting for a yellow cake for Ben and I). Also peanut butter oatmeal chocolate chunk cookies for my work cookie swap tomorrow. I finished up the weekend with another batch of chocolate toffee bars for Ben and I. Yum. This weekend will be the annual sugar cookie holiday cut-outs. I am trying to get better with roll-out dough, and the marble pastry board we got as a wedding gift helps a lot to keep the dough cool while rolling and cutting. Stay tuned for more holiday sweetness.
