A late entry. On vacation in Maine this week and have lost all sense of time. Have been running on the trails on the island where we are staying. It’s a lot of back and forth, out and back, but with the company of Steve Runner (Pheddipidations podcaster) it’s bearable. Ben and I did a nice bike ride on the road through Acadia National Park, riding back to the dock from Bar Harbor and plan to do the reverse tomorrow. Have managed to stick to mostly healthy eating. Had a lobster the other night fresh off the dock and it was packed with meat. For the first time I had to have Ben help me finish it. I was done in by a crustacean. A delicious way to end up.
