15 in….. by august


I just thought I’d weigh in here and say that I’ll be on my own mission to loose 15 pounds by August. Strength in numbers. Winter is always a tough time for me as well. The cold and darkness literally tell your body to eat more chips, and I’m all ears. This winter was particularly bad for us both and it’s continued right on into early summer this year. For me, it’s been a lack of exercise. And chips.

So yeah, this is a joint operation even though I’m not training for anything in particular, other than overall hotness. Here’s a link to the app we’re using.

  1. Thanks. My daily target is 1800 calories, which I bested by 250 today. Off to a good start. I’ll maybe do a quick run down later.

  2. Oh, I forgot wine at dinner. That brings me to within 100 of my daily goal. Stupid wine has more calories than you’d think.
