Too hot to write much. Brain cells melting. Rode bike home from work on Friday. Numb bum. Prouty this Saturday. Will have numb bum to the extreme…all for a good cause. Need to start building long runs again. Sitting in darkened room, sipping margarita made with fresh lime and lemon juice. Ahhh. Keep cool, Amy
